man. yesteday's training was so tiring.
we were doing the same things over and over again.
we needa do the top spin thingy.
when suddenly our coach become so fierce.
i knew this day will come..
training become intensive.. we needa run and hop and jump and do whatever that taut our muscles..

OUCH. i feel JELLY today..

and i've come up with the idea that on friday 0711B should have an outing again! HAHAS. but actually shall do the i @ fun thingy.
